During this time, he developed post-fabrication optimization algorithms using genetic algorithms—pioneering the use of evolutionary computation to solve high-dimensional lithographic variation challenges years before "AI" became a buzz word.
He spent his foundational years at Apple, helping grow the hardware manufacturing teams for the iPod, iPhone (1st gen and others), and iPad (1st gen and others). This experience in global operations and supply chain excellence provided a blueprint for building at a world-class scale.
Transitioning from global tech to the entrepreneurial sector, Justin led a lifestyle company through a rigorous turnaround, transforming it into a profitable growth engine. This journey culminated in a successful acquisition by a public company, providing Justin with first-hand expertise in preparing private businesses for high-value exits.
